I offer sliding scale self-pay pricing on a needs basis.

Insurance: I am In Network with BCBS, Pacific Source and some OHP plans (please email me to discuss).

For all other insurance plans, I can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance as an Out Of Network provider.
